Very honest and professional experience.
Dr Cook performed a full TJR for me on June 19, 2017. His staff and nurses were excellent! They all cared and took the time to do and be there when I needed them to. Dr Cook was also great, he was warm and genuinely cared about my situation. There were a few times he didn't take my concerns serious but after discussing it with him he understood. I was very pleased with the professional work that was done. I did not experience any pain during the implant procedure. There is some discomfort after but that was expected.

Friendly and patient
I was very pleased with all aspects of my surgery, including the administrative staff and Dr. Kapitan. Everyone was very professional and demonstrated a high level of customer service.
Dr. Nale and his staff were friendly and efficient. No long wait before the procedure.
They were all very professional. Very patient with all questions. I felt like they truely care about you and your concerns. Dr. Kapitan did my surgery and was wonderful.
