Very honest and professional experience.
Dr Cook performed a full TJR for me on June 19, 2017. His staff and nurses were excellent! They all cared and took the time to do and be there when I needed them to. Dr Cook was also great, he was warm and genuinely cared about my situation. There were a few times he didn't take my concerns serious but after discussing it with him he understood. I was very pleased with the professional work that was done. I did not experience any pain during the implant procedure. There is some discomfort after but that was expected.
Dr Wessel was wonderful I did not feel any pain when tooth was extracted. Very professional and procedure was quick However I arrived at 1020 I Had been asked to arrive for 1030 for an 11 am appointment. I was not called back to the room until 1150 That was a long wait. Friendly and patient
I was very pleased with all aspects of my surgery, including the administrative staff and Dr. Kapitan. Everyone was very professional and demonstrated a high level of customer service.
Dr. Nale and his staff were friendly and efficient. No long wait before the procedure.
They were all very professional. Very patient with all questions. I felt like they truely care about you and your concerns. Dr. Kapitan did my surgery and was wonderful. The entire team is great, the receptionist, the consultants, billing, anesthesiologist. All professional and patient. Wonderful experience and I had a lot done.
