Dr. Kapitan and his staff are truly amazing!!! I have never met a doctor that is more down to earth and caring than Dr. Kapitan. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!!!
I am a general dentist and I referred many patients two various oral surgeons. I have been extremely pleased with the results that I have from the patients seen by Dr. Cook, and I look forward to working with him and recommending him in the future
I agree that Dr. Daniel Cook is a good surgeon, but his bedside manner is a disaster! He has no regard to how he makes a patient feel, physically and mentally. And he makes you feel like you shouldn't ask questions, and he talks over you. Very arrogant and gives a vibe of "greater than thou". I do not recommend!!!!!!
I had a recent visit with Dr. Cook that I was not satisfied with. After waiting 1+ hours to finally see him, I wandered into the hallway and found him clicking away on his IPhone. He gave me a half hearted apology saying he was dealing with an emergency at other office. My response was “I understand” but it would have been nice if he had just told me this. NO. I would not recommend D. Cook to my worse enemy! Allowing D Cook and his INTERN to perform MMA surgery on me in 2018 was the biggest mistake of my life! I should have known it was a mistake when he never allowed me to ask questions and the one visit when he spoke so loud during the appointment that everyone in his office closed their doors from embarrassment and the 2-3 temper tantrums he pitched.
