I agree that Dr. Daniel Cook is a good surgeon, but his bedside manner is a disaster! He has no regard to how he makes a patient feel, physically and mentally. And he makes you feel like you shouldn't ask questions, and he talks over you. Very arrogant and gives a vibe of "greater than thou". I do not recommend!!!!!!

I had a recent visit with Dr. Cook that I was not satisfied with. After waiting 1+ hours to finally see him, I wandered into the hallway and found him clicking away on his IPhone. He gave me a half hearted apology saying he was dealing with an emergency at other office. My response was “I understand” but it would have been nice if he had just told me this. I thought it was disrespectful. It was obvious he had not looked at my file or the MRI Results I brought with me. He did a good job explaining the causes of my current TMJ... read more

NO. I would not recommend D. Cook to my worse enemy! Allowing D Cook and his INTERN to perform MMA surgery on me in 2018 was the biggest mistake of my life! I should have known it was a mistake when he never allowed me to ask questions and the one visit when he spoke so loud during the appointment that everyone in his office closed their doors from embarrassment and the 2-3 temper tantrums he pitched. But the biggest sign for me should have been the day I was in his office and "I pointed out the closure in my throat/blocked ... read more

Dr. Nale was over an hour late doing my wisdom teeth extraction on Friday afternoon. I was his last pratient for the day. He was mad because the shots weren’t numbing my mouth. The last shot he gave me on the bottom of my mouth didn’t have a chance to kick in because he didn’t believe me and he wanted to go home. My bottom lip finally got numb on my drive home. Side of my mouth has skin ripped off. Worst experience of my life. Wouldn’t recommend him to anyone unless you are asleep.

If you want a doctor who responds to questions with hostility, Dr. Reitter is for you! He walked out of the room mid-visit. Poor understanding of medications & anger issues. The office staff lied about procedures that were supposed to be done but weren't. What should have taken 3 weeks (splint) has taken 6. I had to call for follow-up info as they failed to provide it. They failed to mention which office my appointment was at & tried to blame it on me with no resolution. Beware. I won't go back.
