Every experience here leaves me in tears. I will admit that I am very tender hearted and confrontation causes me anxiety. However, a dentist's office should not cause anxiety in the first place. First, I come in months ago and am told I have 8 cavities. They suggest that it would be best to split the fillings into different appointments so that my mouth could have a break instead of doing all 8 at once. Mackslya is rude she needs to be fired I felt discriminated against, she hung up on me that okay I’ll take my bidness elsewhere. I wonder if she hangs up on white women or is it just black women
My third visit was a nightmare, i paid all of those visits since the first visit, there was a confusion that delay my last visit for 1 hour causing the doctor to start late at this point i am in tears, then the doctor informed me that since we start late she can only remove 2 of the 3 wisdom teeth, then on my second removal she brake it in half, i was sent to an oral surgeon which the appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks later. The staff is not friendly or welcoming. I went twice for cleanings and did not feel like they cared about me as a patient at all.

The girl with brown hair that verifies your insurance is rude. I have had the same dental insurance since 2006 and she disputed me even when I called my insurance company and let them tell her I was covered. She still would not believe me. Needless to say, that was the last day using their services. No problems with anyone else, but that one rude girl lost them a customer.
