Weren’t given any guidance for our daughter and felt rushed, we suggest if she can’t dedicate the proper care for patients she shouldn’t work at urgent care which involves working with last minute patients. From urgent care providers we expect a little more knowledge on what to do regarding the health conditions the patient goes in for rather than being told to contact their doctor for everything, for that we mind as well had waited to have see our PCP.
Every visit with Dr. Belfry feels unproductive and like I’m being shoved out the door asap without her actually listening to what’s wrong. I cry after every appointment. Terrible bedside manner, she only allows 15 minutes, which isn’t even enough time to explain what’s going on. Googling my symptoms feels more worth my time and it’s free. If you want genuine care, and actually want to figure out what’s wrong, see literally anyone else.

I had visited Belfry for a knee injury and from the moment she walked into the room she was rushed, annoyed, and borderline rude. She had taken an x-ray and said it looked fine. But never actually pulled it up on the screen to show me. She mentioned it was likely a tear, but never even mentioned an MRI (which was strange). After 8 weeks of still having issues struggling to walk with/without a brace. I asked if she would order an MRI. She refused, unless I made her my primary care physician. Refused a Medicaid patient but reports on her website that she accepts Medicaid.
I came across Dr. Belfry when searching for a new PCP closer to home that was within the Ogden Clinic network. After reading various reviews and getting an appointment the day after calling, I was hopeful about establishing a good relationship with a new provider. I have to say I was sadly disappointed with the lack of personalization & care during my visit, especially after reading so many reviews stating the opposite. The lack of genuine care and rushed demeanor was really disappointing.
