The staff was wonderful and very professional. And the doctor as well was very helpful, understanding, answered all my questions. I would highly recommend her!
She is rude, arrogant, and condescending. She does not listen to her patients. The staff is also rude. The practice is stuck in the 1990s. You have to fill out everything by hand, on paper, instead of doing it on the Internet.
Dr. O'Conor was one of the rudest doctors I have ever come across in over 40 years of practice as a RN. I have seen and experienced rudeness in a work setting but NEVER have I experienced such rudeness in a patient physician interaction. Run from this doctor!
She made an error then refused to take responsibility for it, instead she seemed more concerned about not getting sued. I would definately NOT recommend this doctor.
