The family decided to have lunch, at Carpenters, with mum and experience the 'fine dining' they offer. There were 10 in total and we were looked after by Abi. The entire experience was just perfect. The dining room was very large. We were greeted by Abi and shown to our seats, both soft drinks and wine were available. The food was brought out in a timely manner however, we were never rushed. I applied for part time senior care vacancy and got selected for an interview. When in the interviewing time they said it is not part time job and they are looking for full time people and terminated the interview after I disclosed my availability. I wasted my whole day going to this care home and I felt what kind of recruitment process they follow when they recruit people. Top management should oversee about their recruitment process furthermore as this kind of sudden changes leading to potential candidates time wasted.

All management team are very supportive and good at this care home. Care staff are soo supportive and loyal. All the facilities provided to residents are soo good. I’m Soo pleased to be a part of Carpenders park care home members.
