They measured and sketched our floorplan, said they'd put together a quote. Didn't hear a word from them for 2 weeks. I called the store, the man who answered was properly appalled that we hadn't been contacted. He told me the salesman we'd been dealing with would be in at 1pm that day and he would call me. That was 8 days ago, again, haven't heard a word from them. Time to move on to their competition, I guess.
We had them do wood an carpet ,the wood is beautiful however the carpet was spliced in a high traffic area and done incorrectly. A repairman tried to fix but looks no different. VERY unhappy. This was expensive carpet
Very disappointed in the quality of craftsmanship we have seams in 3 different locations we spent 4000.00 dollars would expect more . Called carpet corner about it they blamed it on Keristan. Instead of admitting. It was there fault I wish I could share photos
We had Karastan installed very dissatisfied all of the seams are exposed we were told there is nothing they could do about it . We spent a lot of money on this carpet very unhappy.
