Carpet Corner helped my wife and I pick out some carpet for our basement. We went with very high-end carpet (15k) for our main basement room and a small bedroom attached. This carpet was showing seams very badly. After 3 months of Carpet Corner employees coming out to “fix” said carpet we still have very visible seems from up to 10ft away. Our carpet was laid correctly however our problem was the interaction with those who laid our carpet. The comments made on how they would eat my carpet if i allowed them to do so in the bedroom left me confused and felt it as a sexual advance. I just wanted a new carpet and not sexual advances from somone named Charlie.
Worst experience ever shopping. My family went in to buy carpet for our whole house tonight. The salesman was a super hothead, yelled at me and my wife, made my toddler cry. Halfway look like waves . They just did a bad install
The Mohawk Luxury Vinyl we had put in is horrible. We told Bruce our salesman we had 2 dogs and an 8 year old, and he claimed it was perfect for kids and dogs. It has been in about a month and it is scratched and gouged in areas...scratched very easily. We researched Mohawk and only saw great reviews. Maybe we got a bad batch, but extremely disappointed in the quality.
We had carpet installed last year and immediately had problems with creases in the carpet. Within a few months the carpet started to fray where the hall wood met the carpet. Now we have the same problem and we do not have company over we mainly meet elsewhere---it is just us two senior citizens in the house and I work forty hours elsewhere. They measured and sketched our floorplan, said they'd put together a quote. Didn't hear a word from them for 2 weeks. I called the store, the man who answered was properly appalled that we hadn't been contacted. He told me the salesman we'd been dealing with would be in at 1pm that day and he would call me. That was 8 days ago, again, haven't heard a word from them. Time to move on to their competition, I guess.
We had them do wood an carpet ,the wood is beautiful however the carpet was spliced in a high traffic area and done incorrectly. A repairman tried to fix but looks no different. VERY unhappy. This was expensive carpet
Very disappointed in the quality of craftsmanship we have seams in 3 different locations we spent 4000.00 dollars would expect more . Called carpet corner about it they blamed it on Keristan. Instead of admitting. It was there fault I wish I could share photos
