This is our second experience with Alicia and her excellent team at Carpet Corner. They arrived as scheduled and did an exemplary job for us. And, such an usual pleasure to deal with the same people even though our jobs were over a year apart; from Alicia , to the gentlemen who came out and helped us pick out our carpet and measure, to the installers. All very professional and friendly. We WILL use them again.
My first contact was with Alicia online to schedule Chris to come out and measure and bring samples. AS a full-time caregiver, Itʻs hard for me to get away and so having in-home personal service was valuable. I had several questions which were all answered and even with a return trip by Chris to present other sample choices. I would like to give a shout out for one of the best salespeople I have had in quite a while. Kevin Walton did a great job in helping my wife and I select carpet. He was knowledgeable, reliable and had a very relaxed approach. We will certainly recommend him to our friends.
Kevin Walton at the Overland Park store, previously at the Leawood store, took care of my carpeting needs 2 years ago and then again just a few days ago. Great service and installation of Karastan carpeting....they are the BEST!
Kelly was a great advisor. She guided me in choosing the carpet that would best fit the needs of the spaces they were going in. She also was very practical in helping me decide on the color. It was a pleasure working with someone who obviously enjoys her job and who is well versed in her business. Due to our needs, we had two separate installation dates. Both crews were skilled, on time, and courteous. We will definitely use Carpet Corner again for any flooring needs.
We love our stair runners! Maria was wonderfully helpful and patient through the entire process. Installers were great. Carpet Corner put the perfect finishing touch on our floor project!

Exceptional service to purchase and exceptional installation. We had just painted walls, door casings and baseboards and miraculously all were still lovely after carpet install! Alicia helped us navigate the entire project and we couldn't be more pleased. The installers worked very hard and were friendly and clearly experienced. Thank you Carpet Corner!
