We’ve used Carpet Country 4x for different room projects. This time was to have hardwood floors put in throughout our downstairs. But thanks to a great recommendation from one of their sales reps (Kim) we went with vinyl floors that look like wood, and I have to say they look AMAZING!!! We would like to share our experience with the service from Carpet Country. When we visited the store, the sales guy was very helpful and provide us with the quote very quickly. Placing the order was painless and the delivery was on time. Unfortunately, the tile we got had too much of the pattern variation from the showroom and we were not happy with it. Carpet Country Flooring and Design Center has the best selection of flooring in Northeast Ohio. Their showroom is spacious and beautiful. Their sales staff is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The owner, Mike Kovach, wants his customers experience to be positive and he goes out of his way to ensure that it is. I definitely recommend them to any and all who are looking to update their living space....you'll be glad you did!
