Incredible experience . Kyrsten was a joy to work with, she helped me pick out laminate and carpet and bought samples to my home to make sure they would work with my lighting. The install teams were courteous and highly skilled. I could not be happier with the results. Carpet Den went above and beyond to ensure that i was a satisfied customer. I will definitely use them again.
I teetered on leaving a 3 star, but because they made good on an oversight, a 4 is earned. I selected Carpet Den Interiors because I thought the experience would be more personal, more consultant based, not like a big box store. Big box stores tend to have worker bees and not a "project manager" for lack of.a better word. This was not the case. The quality of the carpet is awesome, could not be happier. Really pretty. Went through carpet den via costco's flooring program and they were great the whole way through. Brian, my sales rep/manager, Sent a really knowledgable team out to do the flooring install. Floors look great. UPDATE: Over a month since and only amazing vibes still. Floors look and feel great and i just smile every time i see it. Thanks again to Brian for being a great sales rep, and his install team. they really did a fantastic job and everyone was always willing to answer questions at every turn.
We went through Costco and had a great experience! Brian was very knowledgeable and carpet was installed very quickly. Installers were polite and left the job site cleaned and vacuumed which is always appreciated.
We were fortunate to have Ashley help us with every decision from choosing engineered hardwood, matching tile for bathrooms, carpet for bedrooms, and then area rugs that tie in all of colors of my home. Her kindness, patience, and professional knowledge was invaluable during this experience. She put in a lot time pulling samples, was always reachable, and was onsite during installation.
