The store employees do not understand customer service. I waited over 1 month trying to return an overage of tile. I repeatedly asked for the owner to call me and I never received a phone call. My salesman had no problem taking my money when I place my large order however for a small return it was very difficult. 30 + days later to get a return completed minus the 20% restocking fee they had to charge they said. Do yourself a favor and shop around , there are many tile stores available I wish I would have gone somewhere else... read more
Worst experience in my life with a company who performed work in my home!! I ordered glass mosaic tile (1/2 inch squares) for my kitchen back splash and their installer installed it on Monday and came back Tuesday to grout it. Tiles were on 12x12 sheets with nylon backing. After he left, I went to clean up the mess because the tiles weren't cleaned properly and there was some missing grout in some areas. He left a bag a grout just in case, which I needed to use.
