We recently had Carpet Village install wall-to-wall carpeting in my mother-in-law's condo (living room, hallway and bedroom), which is attached to our house. The installers were very prompt in being here on time and they were very professional in all of the steps it takes to get the new carpet installed: moving all furniture carefully; taking out the old carpet; vacuuming the area to ensure all floors were clean prior to installing the new carpet; instilling the new carpet and returning the furniture to its original areas. Steve and his team are very knowledgeable and look for ways to meet the customers needs while saving them money. They followed up on the carpet, tile and flooring installation and resolved a couple of flaws I hadn't even caught. They are a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to my friends.
These people really know flooring. They provided help with designs in marble, ceramic and glass tile, as well as hard wood and carpet. Great Service, Arrived on time and cleaned-up afterwards.
