Starting from humble beginnings, Carpet World of Colorado Springs began from just a briefcase on the side of the road, an old Datsun pick up truck and some spare samples. Now, we offer carpet, hardwood, laminate, tile, stone, vinyl flooring and granite countertops from our beautiful showroom in Colorado Springs. Mother/daughter owned and operated, we pair the people with the product. Sales are not commission based, and we use the same licensed, experienced, bonded and insured installers for every job.

We needed new flooring in our entire house and just happened to stop by CarpetWorld --- it was the best "on a whim" stop we've ever made! Donna and Julie are so awesome and helpful! Donna and Julie are amazing. I don't usually write reviews, but this warrants an exception. The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely exceptional. They genuinely cared, and took the time to discover what I really wanted and needed, and how best to make that happen. The communication was excellent during the process, calling to make sure I was happy with the progress during, and the results after. I hope this place stays open for a long time, and I'm sure they will if they keep up the amazing work!!

We recently put new carpeting in the living room and family room. Donna and Julie are fantastic!! They provided an estimate of the carpeting, pad and install while we waited, they let us take home the samples, and they explained everything step by step. They were so helpful and it was a breeze to work with them! The carpet tear out and installation was quick and professionally completed. We are so happy with the new carpet!!!

We had Carpet World install new carpet in our home during May 2020. We visited several carpet stores but found the staff at Carpet World to be the most helpful and their product the best value for the dollar. They were also very understanding about our concerns about the the coronavirus pandemic which had just begun. They allowed us to temporarily postpone installation until we were more comfortable with the process. Ultimately we love our carpet and highly recommend Carpet World! Jack & Jeri
