Starting from humble beginnings, Carpet World of Colorado Springs began from just a briefcase on the side of the road, an old Datsun pick up truck and some spare samples. Now, we offer carpet, hardwood, laminate, tile, stone, vinyl flooring and granite countertops from our beautiful showroom in Colorado Springs. Mother/daughter owned and operated, we pair the people with the product. Sales are not commission based, and we use the same licensed, experienced, bonded and insured installers for every job.

We loved the experience we had with Carpet World. They are a very professional company. Their customer service was outstanding through the whole process from picking out flooring to the completed project. We will definitely use them again.

We had these ladies recarpet our entire home and love the results as well as their friendly professionalism. Good advice, honest and consistent communications, fair price, wonderful on-time installer. Character of people and quality of product should not be compromised--they delivered that standard. Donna and Julie are amazing. I don't usually write reviews, but this warrants an exception. The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely exceptional. They genuinely cared, and took the time to discover what I really wanted and needed, and how best to make that happen. The communication was excellent during the process, calling to make sure I was happy with the progress during, and the results after. I hope this place stays open for a long time, and I'm sure they will if they keep up the amazing work!!

We recently put new carpeting in the living room and family room. Donna and Julie are fantastic!! They provided an estimate of the carpeting, pad and install while we waited, they let us take home the samples, and they explained everything step by step. They were so helpful and it was a breeze to work with them! The carpet tear out and installation was quick and professionally completed. We are so happy with the new carpet!!!

We had Carpet World install new carpet in our home during May 2020. We visited several carpet stores but found the staff at Carpet World to be the most helpful and their product the best value for the dollar. They were also very understanding about our concerns about the the coronavirus pandemic which had just begun. They allowed us to temporarily postpone installation until we were more comfortable with the process. Ultimately we love our carpet and highly recommend Carpet World! Jack & Jeri

Had carpet put into my living room. They were great to work with and it was a great experience. The install crew was great, and exceeded my expectations. I will use them again when I need to upgrade more flooring in my home.

The only place to buy carpet! No high pressure selling, but knowledgeable about their flooring. The price was very reasonable. Donna gave me a very detailed estimate - no surprises or extras in the final tally. The installation team of Soloman and his boys couldn't be better. Very professional and courteous and perfectionism was their goal. The seams are invisible. My Daughter convinced me to check out this store. We had looked at many other carpet dealers but we never felt comfortable with them. As soon as we entered the door I could tell their store would be different. I was raised by a single Mom and got an immediate sense that Donna and Julie would treat us fairly. They explained all the details of selecting the best choice in carpet for my budget. The installing crew were just as friendly and helpful. What a wonderful experience!!
