Customer service was good up until installment day. Carpet installer was scheduled to come between 8:00-8:30 & didn’t show up till 11:30. Didn’t even know what rooms he was doing. Than after telling us it was a one day process, it became a two day process. Didn’t get the carpet we wanted either. They had no remorse towards our situation & no apology.
My husband and I replaced or upstairs with vinyl flooring. Our salesperson Travis was super helpful and knowledgeable! Would totally recommend buying flooring from him! However, the first install process was a headache. The manager told my husband and I that our expectations of the work might have been a little off, and that the areas we were concerned with were common. am upset that my floors installed in August, had poor installation and I keep being blown off for repairs. it's always next week or next month. I paid a lot of money and am tired of being put on the backburner. was supposed to be here today, and rec'd a call that had to postpone cause they had another job. well, when will I count as a valid customer???????
