When Joel Primack Sr. founded Carpetime in 1980, his mission was to help his customers achieve the look they wanted in their homes and business, while providing excellent pricing and service. That philosophy is still the driving force today for Joel Jr., who works alongside his father in managing the two Carpetime store locations.

I am very particular about work done in my home and Carpetime did not disappoint me! They provided quality products and delivered quality service.
Great service, great price, great experience! I would highly recommend Carpetime to anyone looking for flooring options for their home.
The install crew were 100% unprofessional from the time they walked in the door. They were hostile and confrontational and even criticized the work of other workers we had there working. We ended up just having them leave the carpet and we’d hire other installers. (I had called the manager and he said it would be another 5-6 weeks to reschedule installation.) I called 2 days later asking for the carpet layout and the manager claimed he had “already thrown it away”. Buyer beware!
The sales lady was awesome! Unfortunately that was the end of our good experience. We had carpet installed in our 3 bedrooms, hallway, living room, and stairs. The bedrooms are beautiful! They put the seam at the top of the steps which separated within a week. When they came out to ‘fix’ it, they snagged the stairs and now we have to keep a chair ontop of the seam. It has been only 3 years and walking down the hallway and in the living room, the carpet has so many ripples and is coming apart at the seams. Very disappointed.
@david.naus great craftsmanship zero integrity, no moral compass. Miscalculated his money. Thought I paid him in full and hasnt returned to finish my house. Told me he’s not coming back because I’ve paid in full. Took a $500 deposit from me for a seperate job, $1000 install payment that he thought was his last Payment for what I hired him for and took $200 for my corrugated steel purchase and hasnt returned.
