Unfortunately my association with Carpetland has been what I consider a total disaster. In May of 2015, my wife and I visited the Woodbridge store and dealt with Ben Yavari. Ben had some Bamboo hardwood flooring that was on sale and we both loved. Before I purchased the wood I had Ben visit my home to do measurements and confirm the flooring could be installed as it had to be nailed down. I am a longtime customer of Carpetland Alexandria. Three years ago, you installed new wall-to-wall carpeting for the entire second story of my house. Now the hall carpeting is buckling in four places, keeping doors from closing, etc. While it isn't within the 1-year warranty period, NO new carpet is expected to buckle that quickly. The repair was estimated at $400, and Carpetland had the NERVE to require a 50% deposit for it.
