Above and Beyond.... I think this is my first Home IMPROVEMENT review, but I HAVE TO GET THE WORD OUT...this place is amazing, we did Carpet, flooring and Decking from ONE STORE! One stop shop and the OWNER GREGG could not do enough to please us. Communication from ordering to delivery was top notch. I could not come close on better pricing for carpet, installation and indoor tile work! Thank You CARPETS GALORE TEAM, you've made our house HOME!
I met the owner Gregg and my wife and I had a fantastic experience at the store. We came looking for waterproof floors, and the service was second to none. We saw the commercial on TV, and we were impressed by their 40 year store history in Las Vegas. They have to be doing it “right”. Well they are …from price to service, to the quick and easy installation process they were fantastic! I highly recommend Carpets Galore for all flooring needs.

So far , so good! I left the big box store frustrated and discouraged. My sister told me to go here and the second I walked in I was offered help. Nothing but great service so far. Greg scheduled to come out the next day to measure and he showed up with sample in hand. I have my carpet ordered , paid for and looking forward to how this will end. If it is as great as it started I will refer everyone to you!
Getting new flooring can be so stressful (and expensive!) after checking several different business I choose carpets galore due to how much more knowledgeable and helpful there staff seemed. I definitely made the right choice! Not only were the prices very affordable they Also made the whole process so incredibly easy. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience!! Definitely five star service and product here!!
