Getting new flooring can be so stressful (and expensive!) after checking several different business I choose carpets galore due to how much more knowledgeable and helpful there staff seemed. I definitely made the right choice! Not only were the prices very affordable they Also made the whole process so incredibly easy. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience!! Definitely five star service and product here!!

The experience of buying and installing was better then I could ever imagine. Who would of thought buying flooring could be such a pleasure!
Everyone here was super friendly and very helpful and everything was done in a timely manner. I am going to recommend them to all of my friends and family.
I am so happy with my new flooring! Rob did an excellent job on the installation. I will be recommending Carpets Galore to friends and family and tell them that they have to insist on having him do the install!
My experience was attempting to get an estimate (appointment) to eventually lead to a job getting done that i needed. The person on the phone was very rude and didn’t think the work I needed done was worth there while. He said the employees work off commission. I ended up going with another company. Thanks anyway Carpets Galore. Never again and I will make sure everyone I know never even thinks of going there.
I never write reviews but was very upset with this company. Not Happy with the service. They dropped the ball on finishing what they started . Heard nothing but excuses and there sorry for miscommunication on getting my floor installed. Three and a. Half weeks later still no floor. Needless to say I had to go with someone else to finish the job. Very disappointed. Very disappointed! I called and specifically requested Joe Garza, who was HIGHLY recommended. I have friends who have used his services and said that his knowledge and professionalism are exemplary. I just purchased a five bedroom house and I needed Carpet, Tile and hardwood. However, after calling , I asked for Joe Garza and I got the run around. I spent 2000.00 to have carpet that looks old in 6 months. Its only 2 people that live in my house. The carpet is upstairs hardly walked on. Ive been having to call the manager Ron many times. He never calls me back to fix this sitiation. The carpet has a ten year warranty but they dont honor it. Supposedly they will replace the crappy carpet with the same crappy carpet.
