Chris at the show room helped us with choosing the right carpet for our needs and price. There were no issues with the install and Chris checked on everything and the installers where very good and polite as well.
My neighbor referred me to Mark at Carpets and More of East Brunswick. I needed carpet installed ASAP, and Mark was a pleasure to work with. I chose something in stock, and he was able to arrange for installation 4 days later!! The installers were on time, installed the carpet quickly, and also did an excellent job cleaning everything up once they were done with the install. Carpets and More is outstanding! Mike and our salesman Wes went above and beyond to help us purchase the perfect vinyl floor. Every question was answered with a smile. Delivery and installation were done very quickly. The installers did a flawless job. I was able to bring home samples to get a feel of how the floor would look. Wes was available whenever I called. Recently purchased a carpet from this store, even though i did not shop around for price, when I walked in the store to get information on carpets, I felt comfortable with the information I was getting to feel I was going to get a good experience. Store personal was great, carpet came in and was installed when promised and installers moved everything they needed to do their job without any problems.
Recently purchased flooring for my home and Love it!! My salesman Mark could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process! Would highly recommend Carpets and More to anyone...and ask for Mark!!

Have purchased numerous poducts.....engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl, carpeting..... from Carpets and More. Experience from selection to delivery has been excellent. Aleksandra designed my dream kitchen which included changing the overall design and incorporated many updated features! She managed all of the work and got everything done as efficiently as possible and way over and beyond adding in some personal touches. I gave Carpets & More 5/5 stars as our experience with them was exceptional from beginning to end. I walked into Carpets and Moore and Mark not only took the time to explain the difference between all of the carpeting but also helped direct us in the right direction for the needs of our family. On the morning of the install there was one piece of carpeting that had not arrived. I would say how pleasant my experience was shopping for new carpet at Carpets and More. Billy did a wonderful job showing me many types of carpet and helping me make a great decision. The carpet that we had installed is fantastic and I credit Billy for helping me make the right choice. Bonus was that the guys who did the install did a great job also. Thanks Guys.
