Had our whole house redone with new flooring. Had vinyl wood look flooring installed in kitchen, entrance hallway and rec room and carpet installed in three bedrooms, living room, dining room, two flights of stairs and another hallway. From the very beginning received nothing but 5 Star service with our rep Jim. He listened to what I was looking for and pulled samples for me take take home and hold onto for a couple of days. We purchased vinyl and carpeting from Jim in the SI store. He was professional in helping us pick out both. Both installation crews were also professional quick and neat. Would go back in the future as our needs arise.
I honestly recommend this company. The whole process was great from purchase to installation. John (our salesperson) listened to our needs and made a perfect recommendation. He came out to measure exactly when promised. The installation was equally great. The two installers took their time and took pride in their work. They had an old staircase to carpet and did a great job. Again, i recommend this company.
Very very pleased with both Jim the salesman and the men who installed my carpet. I will definitely recommend Carpets and More to anyone in need of carpeting. Not one problem, I couldn’t be happier!

We recently purchased 2 rooms of carpet from Jim at the Richmond Ave store. He was most helpful with his knowledge and guided us to the right carpets. After ordering they came in on time and were installed by 2 workers who did a great job. Everything went very smoothly.

Jimmy was extremely helpful in the showroom giving us multiple options & complete info, quick estimate and great pricing. Picked my carpet out Sunday, had it installed on Wednesday. The installation was quick & painless. Two guys were in and out and did a terrific job. About an hour after they left a carpet & more rep. Olivio stopped by to check out the installation. We ordered our carpeting with Mike Benpensata at the Staten Island store located at 3251 Richmond Avenue, Staten Island,NY. and needed it delivered in a very short time before our new furniture was delivered. Mike came to our house to take measurements and was very pleasant and helpful in our carpet choice and had our carpet delivered and installed just as requested. The installers were on time and very professional. Mike make the process very easy and we thank him!
