We had a slight problem setting up the delivery, but in the store itself received good service. Very pleased withe Mark, who was very nice and did everything to make sure we were happy. He succeeded.
I went to Carpets & More because of my prior experiences with the Manager, Mark P. My instincts were certainly correct. From the time I entered the showroom until the time my rugs were installed, I was extremely pleased. Mark is knowledgeable and professional. His suggestions are impressive and reflect years of experience in the business. The installers did a fantastic job. They were efficient and neat. I highly recommend this business to anyone interested in flooring and carpeting! Mark is the man to see!!!!!
We had a great experience at Carpet & More in East Brunswick. Mark Polefka was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to find us the perfect carpet and vinyl planking for our floors. The prices at Carpets & More are very reasonable and the installers did a great job. We are very happy with the customer service Mark Polefka displayed and the finished product. Our floors look great. We would highly recommend Carpets & More.
I would highly recommend Carpets & More for any flooring and tile needs. Due to the Covid virus and what's been going on in the world we were forced to select three different floors for our kitchen due to manufacturer's production schedule. Terrible experience poor workmanship. Made a Hugh hole in my wall and said nothing to me. Damaged my furniture. The molding was wrong size need to be replaced. They took weeks and three plus times to come to my house to make repairs. As far as the flooring and carpet I purchased I was very pleased with Steve’s help. However their installers were horrible !! If I could give zero stars, I would. Went to pick out new carpet and flooring with my husband, and left after being there for an hour without being helped. When we first walked in one of the salesman was helping someone out, no big deal, we walked around picking out floors. After being there for about 45 (not once being asked if I needed any help or if i had any questions) I had my flooring and carpet picked out, all I needed to do was set up an appointment to get the measurements taken. My girlfriend and I entered the store on 3/18/18, with a specific need in mind and a set of plans for an addition on our home. We were approached by a salesman named Al. While things started out friendly they soon turned bad. We explained to Al that we were looking for hardwood floors that were dark and glossy in color or a tile that resembled hardwood floors and had a gloss finish. Al was a good sales guy but the installers came 3 hours late, never called. Spent my whole Saturday waiting for them. Once they installed it, it looked ok. Once they left, I found three areas of my carpet with lumps. I found pieces of padding underneath. The steps weren't great either. I had no experience. I visited the store to start the process for a kitchen renovation. I was told no one could help me and I would need to contact the designer. I contacted the designer and made a app't to come to my house. She didn't show up. I called her and she made excuses that I canceled the appt. Which i did not. I guess they don't want my business. That's a 35k-50K mistake.
