I went to Carpets and More after going to several other places to look for flooring for my house. I am so happy that I did. I have been working with Mark who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me. I didn't find this kind of help at the other places I visited. The installation crew headed by Leo were also a pleasure to work with. They were some of the most respectful contractors that I have had at my house in addition to doing a great job. I'm loving my new floor.
Mark, the East Brunswick store manager, was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through a number of different carpet manufacturers including their prices, quality and warrantees. The customer service he provided was excellent. We chose a high end carpet for our steps and hallway. The installers did a great job and I will definitely order carpeting again from Carpets & More.
Basement had to be renovated after rain storm Ida. Aleksandra helped me plan the renovation process trying to make it as stress free as possible. The teams she sent for demolition, drywall replacement, painting and carpet install were professional and did an outstanding job. I have used her services before with a kitchen remodel and will continue to use her services in the future if needed. Great customer service.

I am sooo glad I chose Carpets and More. I was looking for a very specific tile which I did not expect to find in a carpet store. My existing tile in my family room and kitchen had to be ripped up. I was expecting to live in a complete dusty mess for awhile. Marc, the manager, sent in a big team of workers who actually got it done in two days. Mark from Carpets and More in East Brunswick followed through from beginning to end. We had vinyl floors installed and they did a beautiful, thorough and seamless install and it looks wonderful. We are so pleased and would definetley recommend them to everyone.
