Laid our floor with THREE pieces they had cut with a knife when opening.. laid them anyway. The whole floor was uneven. When asked why they said it's because you need a subfloor. Great, you never told us we needed a subfloor. They ended up tearing the entire thing out and re-doing it. No pride in their work. Do not recommend them!

It seems as if the advertising is a selling point! Quality is not!!! Have had numerous call backs on several issues and never have the same guys working on our home! This means opening your home up for strangers to come in time after time! All of our issues could have been avoided if carpets America had workers that cared about the work they are doing instead of a paycheck!!
