This is a wonderful business where we get to work with great people who are thrilled when we install their new floors. I started this business with my son Shane with a very simple Mission Statement.

Very satisfied.
They did a great job installing new carpets on the second floor of my house. Was a bit a scheduling snafu when I called to reschedule however nobody recorded it. They cancelled my install but never rescheduled it. Eventually it got put in and they took a bit off for the trouble. Good quality carpeting.

The sales representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. No hidden fees and the total transaction was a smooth success.
Carpet installers were excellent and even helped move some unwanted items out to my garage. It was a two day job and Luis stayed late the first day to make sure that the job would be finished as scheduled.
Would've given all 5's, but they didn't have enough carpet to finish the job (master closet was left undone). It took 2 weeks to get it done. I would've preferred that the master closet be completed before one of the spare bedrooms. Other than that, great company and install looks fantastic!
