The experience dealing with Carpets of Cape Cod was entirely positive. Dan Powers came to the house and brought carpet samples to help me make a decision regarding a carpet choice. Dan had a fine suggestion on the type of carpet that would look good, be reasonably priced, and clean up easily. The carpet installers were friendly and did a great job fitting the carpet. The installation around posts and the stairway area looks great and has a very neat and precise appearance. Excellent value for the money spent.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. There was a mistake made in the order and a slightly different carpet was delivered. The owner and manager bent over backwards to fix the problem. They were easy to work with over the phone and had the correct carpet delivered in a very short time. Who you gonna call??? Cape Carpet! Matt explained the process and answered all questions about my age-old Mid-East carpets. The crew is careful, thorough, and the cost is reasonable. It's good to know that in Cape May-be, this business owner is reliable. Will surely put this number in my Contacts for future reference.

What a joyful experience we had shopping for carpet at Carpets of Cape Cod the staff was friendly and professional and we absolutely love our new carpet!
