From the beginning stages Carrie Edgerson was very patient and knowledgeable to answer any of our questions. She always followed up on whatever was needed and helpful when we needed to get something completed. The whole staff is very professional and processed everything quickly. The whole process was very smooth. We have heard from friends that buying a house is very hard and chaotic, not in our case! and I think VanDyk Mortgage made all the difference.
