Well before I tell you our experience why don’t you guys offer us a free months rent as we are more than likely your longest tenants. as far as our experience with Carrington it’s been great some real great people living here. We have met lots of new friends who some are still here and some have moved away. We appreciate the upkeep of the building and the outside grounds

Very happy living here. I feel very safe and secure especially knowing property management is so close. Great for dogs - among everything else I love the dog run so close and neighbours are great

I’ve only had one issue with a stove light. Called and repaired within the hour! Fantastic service. Building is always clean, free of smells and trash. Quiet and friendly residents. Love this place!

I have been here two years. It’s a great location with nearby restaurants, groceries stores, shops, banks etc…and a short walk to the lake. The building is well maintain and the Managers and Staff are amazing!
