Everything was explained to me either before the procedure or during. Post care also covered. All office staff were professional as well as friendly and courteous. Was respectful of appt. times- no waiting. Very pleased with the experience.

Dr. Kleinman provided a detailed explanation of all the options and why the implant was most appropriate for my situation. The entire staff was very professional providing me with a detailed explanation of the costs, the timeline for the procedures, and prescriptions needed.
