After experiencing sore throat, congestion, headache, and coughing for about six weeks, I saw Dr Close. He said I was just had inflammation because of all my coughing. He prescribed nasal spray, ibuprofen, and allergy medications to “dry me out”. Also home remedies, like liquids and getting plenty of rest. I took my daughter into Carson for some bronchitis symptoms. Her antibiotic prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. After multiple calls back and forth for 2 days, they finally told me that first it was sent to the wrong pharmacy and the second time they had no idea what happened. I saw Carson Close multiple times in 2022, and he made multiple mistakes. He is negligent, and should be avoided. I had to tell him 3 separate times that I had gout, but on every subsequent visit they wouldn't check my uric acid (important for gout patients) and Carson would tell me that my gout "didn't get entered" into the system.
