I moved here in January 2020 after a less than happy experience at another community. Constance is the best - she went above and beyond to help me get moved in on short notice. In hindsight I wish I had just moved here from the beginning. I love my quiet and comfortable townhouse and I can't wait for warm weather so I can enjoy my private patio and the pool. My dog loves it here, too. Plenty of open space and well-lit sidewalks for walking in the evening. Carson Farms is a great place to live!
Pet friendly and a nice neighborhood! Timely response to all requests and Constance and Ben are very extremely helpful!
We have recently moved in and have been accommodated by the new staff in our situation. We’ve felt right at home. Very quiet and friendly community. We’re pleased with the environment and cleanliness, as well. We can’t hear our neighbors and the townhomes are so up to date. Excited to continue to live here!

Pete and I and my beloved cat Victoria have been living at Carson Farms Apartment for almost a month. We love to live here as long as we could. The place is very nice both Inside and out. We just walked around the property once and very impressed the neighbor has stoped their car and greeting us, so did the neighbors around that met us had greeting us. It may be too early to rate but at this moment I give rate to 5 stars. Kanya Saengswang
