There are days as an animal owner that you dread. Unfortunately today was one of them, we watched our beloved dog struggle to walk and stand. We brought him into the vet for an emergency appointment, and I can't say enough about their kindness and professionalism. We had to carry the dog in, they opened the side door to avoid stairs and lead him straight to a room. The original employee took a quick look at him and let us know the vet would be in shortly. Very compassionate, friendly staff. Just had to let go of our Tess this past Sunday. I got to say good bye and she was taken care of with respect and felt no pain. Thanks for letting me have that time. I look forward to receiving her back along with the doggie foot prints.
I love Carson Valley veterinary hospital has been great with every one of my dogs. My baby girl last week became very sick with pancreatitis and was diagnosed with diabetes. They showed urgency and concern for her to get better, they were great with calling my family to give us an update on how she was doing. They even called me at 10 o'clock at night because I was so concerned. I have had a little bit of a medical mystery with my boxer baby Reese! I couldn't have been more pleased with the way Dr. Lance Gorrindo and the staff loved, helped and handed everything! They work hard, prices are reasonable and you can tell they work from a place of love! Thank you Lance Gorrindo and CVVH for helping save my baby and guiding us through this!
We have been coming here since our dog Shadow needed FHO surgery at 1. His surgery didn't happen until he was fully grown and now he is 8 and needed emergency stitches under his left eye. Between Dr. Ross (FHO) and Dr. Warner (stitches) you are awesome. Dr. Warner, your sutures look awesome! Thank you for a job well done!
