My volvo V70 has got hit at the left fender, and they did a great job to replace the fender and make it look like new. I obtained a couple of quota from others, but this one looks reasonable. I was told they need 4 days to repair my car when I dropped off, on the third day I got phone call from the estimator that my car was ready to pick up. The final bill was exactly same as the estimation.

Got there, was shown the part that needed to be replaced. They asked if I could wait for one hour for the repair. I drove out exactly one hour later for the $150 they initially quoted. Staff was professional, friendly, explained the repairs, and made it a good to great experience.

I just recently had to do a claim and they are so stressful that usually take too much of your time to deal with but that is part of life Between Douglas and Farmers I could not have asked for anything better. I really mean it, Douglas not only does the work so well, as well as it is possible, they are on time, they give the car so clean and the office is so welcoming. Aside from being a wonderful body shop, this place is beautiful! I've been there for 3 times over the past year and I love it so much because the workers are so nice and the environment is lovely. They have nice couches, a big screen TV, fresh coffee, and a vending machine for snacks so that it's always comfortable and cozy. The front desk girl is sweet, and Mike (an estimator at the shop) has always been very helpful, welcoming, and informative! Never going to another body shop again.

This shop is great. The people are really nice and helpful. I used to own a 2005 Chrysler 300. It was involved in 3 accidents when I owned it. 1. I was backed into in a parking lot. They replaced the door skin on it and painted it. It was a perfect match. 2. I was T boned and they did a great job. Once again, perfect match. 3. Side swiped on the 10 fwy by a drunk driver. this is my first review and it goes to this body shop because of its excellent customer service. this shop is NOT the typical shop where it finds every possible way to charge you; in contrast, it finds every possible way to save you money.

This body shop was on the list of approved shops by my insurance company. I would like to put in a good word for Arshak, the Collision Specialist. He is not out to swindle you or to fatten the company's bottom line. He will discuss alternatives that will help you to save money and will not use substandard parts. I found him to be honest person with whom to work.
