Eric is awesome! He was trustworthy and educated and was able to answer all my questions! I was really impressed with the fact that they have “warranties” on certain pests as long as they continue to come back to the same area. (hornets) The customer service is also amazing! Been using them for a year now and recently found a wasp nest. They were quick to get to out and found a second one! We have small kids and pets so wasps are no friend of ours but Cascade is.
Had an inspection done which cost $135. The technician was punctual and polite , however they just confirmed all the information that I originally provided and recommended a basic spray service. The whole experience took less than 7-10 minutes and was basically a 135$ conversation. I was expecting a bit more thorough inspection and perhaps a “once over” on the whole property, but we mainly chatted and confirmed the photos on my cell were what I suspected.
