I took out a loan with Texas car title and pay day loan I made several.payments but I missed one payment. My job was 10a-6p M-F, the same hours they had and I was never able to get a hold of them. In July 2024, there was a check sent through my bank for over $1000, this check was addressed to Community loans, woth a scan code on back and my name had been typed Instead of my actual.signature. This is for the Wisconsin Auto Title portion of this company...This is a place where they don't care about your circumstances or true ability to pay. They will give a loan even to disabled individuals who don't comprehend the contract. The interest rate ranges from 100% to 300%! It's technically not illegal according to WI law, but it's definitely immoral. I can't give it 0 stars or I would.

I called to bring in cash to pay my loan off in full I was told if I paid it off before 2 o'clock Wednesday I would have my title by Tuesday of the following weak now that I don't have my title she tells me oh it could be up to 10 business days she doesn't return phone calls her name is ******* avoid her at all cost she is at the ****** branch they are liars and no I can't seem to get my hands-on my title that I have paid for in full

I stopped going to this company for services in May 2024. This loan center branch manager used cell phone scamming and discriminative behavior while serving this company's customers between 2022 and ******************************************************************************** traffic by the Branch Manager ***************************. The store location was in *********, **. I filed a report with the local authorities.

They **** badly and it's like on a $900 loan it looks like the money I've paid over the last year hasn't even dropped my pay off

I got $1,000 title loan from cash cow been making payments on time every month. So today when I went to pay I asked for my balance and its like I didnt even pay $600 my balance never went down. They said you have to pay title loans back within 30 days but paperwork says $103 a month but I paid $120 a month. I was suppose to pay **** back and my balance is $1186. This is ridiculous I dont have money to waste.

Took out a loan in September . Paid it off in October. Got layed off 3 weeks before **** and wanted to take out another loan. Guess what? They lost my title and did not solve the problem. Always got the run around. Its now December 7th. Today they will cut a check for a replacement title. Hopefully it will come in before Christmas so my kids can have a decent one. Holding my breath. The location in ******************* Louisiana is just an absolute joke!!! And from the looks of the reviews on here, we are not the only ones. My story is so very long, but the short version is....my car got repossessed......they were supposed to be taking it out on auto draft but never informed us they weren't doing that anymore. I own the fact that they weren't paid....we should have checked our account to make sure it came out, but we didn't.
