Kevin and James were off the charts fantastic! They were polite, professional, friendly and respectful of our home. Our floors are absolutely gorgeous and the attention to detail was most impressive. Kevin suggested that we not use the transition pieces that were ordered....we are so glad he did and decided not use them! I cannot say enough amazing things about Jason and Luke! They were bother super polite and very easy to work with and communicate with! We had to continuously move my flooring installation back and they were great about it and always got back to me in a timely fashion. Luke did amazing work on the installation as well! 10/10 would recommend

Jody with Bay View flooring company was so helpful helping us compile all the tile and material we needed for our bathroom project. Tom Saunders install the tile and is definitely a professional in his field, the mosaic patterned floor tile and subway shower tile turned out beautiful!!! Working with them to select new floor tile for our master bathroom. Good experience so far. Kyle completed the installation as scheduled over three days. Very professional and complete. The porcelain tiles and grout match perfectly. The transition from the Marnolium flooring of the master bedroom to the porcelain tiles of the master bathroom is flawless. Very happy with the product and installation service. Kyle has eight years of experience and his focus on quality work and customer expectations stood out.
