RecommendedMy experience with Cass regional medical Center has always been excellent. Your staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I do recommend your facilities to anyone who asks. Makes me feel safe and cared for! I have always gotten a call back in a timely fashion when requested. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Cass Regional and staff especially my doctor Aaron Travis a 9 ! Dr James Johnson in the pain management clinic is so knowledgeable about everything that I have questions on. He is very good, and has a great sense of humor. He cares about his patients and takes his time with you never pushes you out the door in a hurry.

Had blood taken at the Lab. The process was great. Nice people at Admitting. Made sure I knew where I was going. Lab folks were very friendly and professional. The tech hit the vein the first time which is unusual for me. In and out within a half hour.
