My experience with Cass Regional Medical Center was excellent. I had hand surgery. The entire staff was friendly, very professional and did everything they could for me. They took wonderful care of me and kept my family member informed. This was my second surgery at CRMC (knee replacement last year) and both were great experiences. I appreciate the staff so much!
From the moment I stepped into the emergency dept and spoke to the lady at check in...I felt like everything was going to be ok. I was going to get the help and care I needed. The department was busy..and my situation was not technically an emergency..yet I was taken care of and given meds and prescriptions and sent on my way within 1.5 hrs. Amazing staff...kind and understanding Provider. They all get an A+ from me. Thank you all...I am already feeling better.
Check in was super quick, a staff member walked us to the waiting area personally. The nurses were amazing (as per usual) and Dr. Hudkins was great. Cass Regional is my go-to place for my health care needs.
Thank you for treating me so well, everybody was fantastic.Everyone was patient with me, explaining my procedure step by step.No rushing the staff was awesome. We got in and out of the ER within 3 hours and my daughter was taking care of very well. When we arrived although she didn’t look like she was in severe pain she was treated as she stated her pain was a 10 they quickly did every test they needed to run to see what the outcome result could be. Thankfully we walked away with good news and nothing terrible. This is my second time being here and they work so great with us quickly but not pushy and they truly care about patient health.
