A Great Lady runs this business. I blew a heater line going south on the GRAPEVINE. I was able to limp to the PILOT in Castaic. This great lady answered the phone. Her Technician came out and replaced both heater lines. Then he dumped 6 gallons of coolant concentrate into the radiator on the side of the road in front of STARBUCKS. After midnight. Cheap too. Less than $400. A real lifesaver. I was able to make my pickup in Compton only because of these wonderful people. I would have missed a $10,000 load. Thank You So Much
We called Castaic Garage when our trucks had an issue going through the grapevine. The heater clamp broke and drained all of the radiator fluid on the side of the freeway. Rob showed up in a timely manner diagnosised the issue and had us back on the road within 1 hours. It only cost us $450.00 which is great considering the situation. He was professional, courteous, and prompt. Our new go to guy when we are in the area!
Sat afternoon a leaf spring retention bolt sheered on our 41 foot fifth wheel. We were desperate for help and difficult to tow, sitting on the shoulder of I-5. Rob came right out, in freezing, pouring rain and repaired it roadside. His service was prompt and affordable. He knows his stuff, he saved us! Highly recommend!
Wow! I never had service this fast on a breakdown. Literally 40 minutes upon calling. This guy Rob was awesome. Replaced coolant reservoir, hoses in a timely fashion while shut down at the brake check pullout on 5 south. Also needed a water pump replaced. Excellent service. Unbelievable. Definitely recommend this garage. Very professional and down to earth.
Their mechanic (Rob) went above and beyond to have the company truck up and running. Very professional, friendly and honest about everything and even brought some food and made sure I was good. Highly recommend them if you are stuck and need road side assistance.
