Recommended***Update - Eva strikes again! She never called me back as promised 3 weeks ago. I gave up on her and called my insurance. Per Eva it can take a few weeks for them to get the check then they will reimburse us. When I told her it had been 2 weeks her next excuse was oh it can be 4-6 weeks. Well, here we are at 6 weeks. Instead of calling her, I called my insurance company and she has hung up on them 4 times now and is currently giving the Customer Service Agent problems again not wanting to give us our refund.
