If I could provide zero stars I would. Stay as far away from this place as possible. This is the absolute WORST doctor's office I have ever been to in my life. Rooms are dirty and outdated. My main compliant is the billing office is a shady phone line and they keep billing the wrong codes. I went in for annual physical which is covered by insurance and they keep wanting to charge me for separate labs. Again I went in for an annual physical - what is so difficult about this? It's a scam if you ask me.
I was able to get an appointment for annual wellness exam with Kiley Cook NP at this practice very quickly. The office is conveniently located and pleasant. I didn't have to wait very long, and Kiley Cook is a gem. She listened well, was kind and compassionate, as well as thorough and competent. She provided me with useful information and made me feel good overall about how I'm doing physically, while suggesting preventative steps to improve my future health.
Extremely attentive, listened well to the needs and reason for the visit, and was thorough in thier evaluation. Welcoming environment with a friendly staff. Would highly recommend for those seeking a primary care doctor in San Antonio that's outside of a large, medical facility.
Went here last year with my wife. STAY AWAY! They just want to bill bill bill. They insisted on a follow up appointment for my and my wife’s lab results. My wife went ahead with her appointment and I had to reschedule. When my wife went for her appointment they told her something to the effect that her labs are good and they did not discuss much of anything with her, yet they charged for this appointment like a regular visit.. for what? We always appreciate appointments with Hector. One of my favorite things about this practice is that we've seen everyone there and still feel like continuity of care is outstanding. Hector Sosa creates a relaxed environment, gives excellent information, and is an attentive listener. My whole family appreciates his care. In particular, he's my teen son's preferred practitioner.
