Literally the WORST haunted house I have ever been to. Don't even waste your time in this line. The way they bunch everyone up is ridiculous and they didn't even try to separate people. Absolute waste of money and time. I hated when it was at the old location and I'd still rather pay to get in there. Very disappointed!!!

These comments have been responded to elsewhere. Not all haunted houses are for everyone. We try hard to have every group stay separated, but especially on busy weekends, any big haunted house will experience some back-ups off and on throughout the night. I suggest waiting until you can't see the group ahead of you, then continuing (when at Castle of Chaos) if this happens to happen to you.
It wasn’t all that scary. It was fun but it could be scarier. At the end though it smelled like really bad body odor. I’d recommend keeping deodorant on hand because it gets really hot in there.
Was not scary at all. The makeup was poorly done. I was kinda annoying..
Very disappointing for a haunt as old as they are. Not worth the money nor the time.
Paid $40 for them to push us through. it felt very rushed, like the staff didnt even care about the customers.
Extremely uncoordinated. We went through the wrong "doors" I don't know how many times finding ourselves where only actors are supposed to be. Having to wait for the light to turn green is just stupid in my opinion. I paid for Level 4 VIP treatment and I wasn't the least bit scared. I had never been before and I guarantee for the price we paid and the non scare factor... I won't be back. I was honestly extremely disappointed.
It could've been better. Me and a couple of my friends got level 2 and some 4. The line was so long and cold outside to begin with. After waiting almost an hour we got inside. Like all haunted houses you get paired with 2 more groups and walk in a line through the different rooms and actors, sometimes they take you for a brief moment and then return you to your group. Not scary......I was more scared waiting in line than in the haunted house....level four was more like a one!
