Poor Otto. He absolutely fears nail trims. Poor baby was trembling and tail tucked yesterday waiting for his appt. Sent him back with a kind and skilled vet tech (and some shredded chicken). She brought him back 15 minutes later and he was smiling! He made a new friend and let her trim his nails. This could be the beginning of a wonderful alliance.

I have to amend a previous review. There were issues with computer software and supporting apps. That is where the problems were and not anyone from Catalina. My apologies to people that love what they do.,

We have been with Catalina Pet Hospital since 1996. That's 27 years! Funny, we've never had occasion to meet Dr. Cohen but have heard wonderful things about him. Dr. Sandate was wonderful with us. Mostly we've seen Dr. Michl and Dr. Maus. I cannot tell you how amazing they've been with us, from simple things to hospice care. They are compassionate and caring to both my kitties and me.
