Really bad, won’t answer calls. Doesn’t follow though, doesn’t care about the client , makes client do all the leg work, don’t trust reception or paraleagal answers
First of all they get back to you very quickly, no wasted time. I spoke with amanda@cataniaandcatania.com , she calls me and sends me emails when I get a letter about my case. Who are you gonna trust? I rather have a knowledgeable lawyer fighting for my rights, than go with what I see on the internet or what my friends say. Give me Catania and Catania, I will get what I deserve.
You could improve by actually responding to request in a timely matter and, at least pretend, to be lawyers who are remotely interested in helping people

I went for months at a time without receiving any updates from them. I was fed misinformation throughout the whole process of my case and had to repeatedly contact them to even hear about what was going on.
