Dr. Cathy Ruetten and nurses are always kind, courteous, thorough, listen and spend adequate time with me on every visit.
Dr. Ruetten was so helpful and through. She took her time and communicated wonderfully! I felt I was in the best hands!
She took time to answer my questions and wasn't in a hurry. Very personable.
Very good visit we discussed my medications. We also discussed me emotional well being. She was happy with my bloodwork.
Dr. Catherine Reutten is Excellent!
Dr. Cathy and her team are always timely and very interested in me and my health. She always listens. This summer, Dr. Cathy referred me for some tests and then pressed in for more even when results to those tests were benign. So thankful that she did--because surgery pathology showed malignancy. And now I am well on my way to health!
Annual physical
My visit with Dr. Ruetten went well. She took the time to talk with me regarding my concerns and answered questions. I would recommend her as your family doctor. My only concern is that she is no longer with Northwestern, as my choice for a hospital would be Kiswaukee.. She indicated that would not be a problem.
The first visit I felt uncomfortable. The second visit was extremely better. I really thought Dr. Ruetten was interested and compassionate. I felt good when I left.
