Our experience with Guaranteed Rate was really amazing! Cathy's team was incredibly responsive at all hours (including weekends) and they answered any question that we had as first time home buyers. Cathy & her team are wonderful to work with. All of the questions we had were always answered in a timely manner. They make sure you understand the process. Once we had a signed contract we got to lock in our rate. Which was wonderful because we were working with another bank but they were unresponsive & unreliable. Highly recommend Cathy & her team!
