It was vacant and needed updating. Cathy brought many prospective buyers to view it and eventually found a buyer. She is always reachable by e-mail or phone and kept me informed during this process.

I recommend Cathy Tonti because she knew her market and was always honest and upfront about everything. She kept me updated on all potential buyers and I trusted her judgement and advice on how to price our property. She was forthcoming with feedback on potential buyers and there reaction to our property. She was available 24/7, and promptly responded to all my questions.

Ms. Cathy Tonti is an excellent Real Estate Broker. She has done a great job with my short sale purchase to get everything organized and moving as quickly as possible. She recommended me to a professional attorney who advised me well, as well as an experience Inspector engineer, etc. Cathy even gave me a nice present at the end of the purchase which I thought was very nice.
