I been taken my dog there since covid started. It’s frustrating waiting in the car while your dogs inside and talking to a different vet every time on the phone. But my last appointed went very horrible. First when i made my appointment i asked how much will it all cost and I was told around $130, so i made an appointment I took the day off for I can take my dog to the vet. Then a few days later I get a phone call letting me know they need to reschedule my appointment so I scheduled it for the next day, yes I had to take off... read more

We were pleased with services until COVID started and they didn’t allow pet owners in with pets for appointments. So we went to another vet that allowed owners in. I called about 2 weeks ago an inquired if owners were now allowed in and they indicated yes, just call when you arrive and wear a mask once inside. This ‘animal hospital’ is the worst place you can take your dog!!! My mother took her dog here and they told her that her dog is going to die in a month and there is not much to do for him. Meaning this doctor is not educated enough to get the resources and the medicine to help with my dog problem. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, after spending so much money... They would rather want your dog to die than to help!!! Dr. Sarah longfield , I recommend to educate yourself and care more for what you do instead of killing other animals... read more

Agreed. Susan Zohner has no integrity. After dealing with her I would never work with her or anyone associated with her. If you love your animals then find somewhere else to go. Indian Prairie Animal Hospital in Aurora is a great place!

We had a terrible experience with another vet in the area. After talking to friends and family members, Caton Crossing Animal Hospital came highly recommended. We have dogs, chinchillas, and a rabbit and do not hesitate to bring them here. From grooming to regular care to emergencies, Caton Crossing Animal Hospital is there for us.
