Very knowledgable and thorough
I have had some major health concerns come up recently regarding my cat Smokey. My interactions by phone and in person with the staff have been super positive and helpful; they're definitely dedicated, thorough and made the experience for Smokey and myself that much easier. Dr. Kathleen Whelan who examined Smokey was very helpful and showed a very genuine concern by also taking the time to explain and answer any and all questions in addition to providing informative and valuable take home notes for follow-up care.
